From now on at the store, you can get live help (if someone is on-line when you’re there, of course) so if you have a question to ask about a product, you require more information, or if you have a technical problem or any other kind of problem/doubt while you are shopping, you can get instant help - again, that is if the little icon shows “online”! We hope that this tool will help you save your time and choose the products that will best suit your digital scrapbooking projects. Thanks a lot to our customers who agreed to test this with us, we had a good laugh all night last night
however please note that this is not aimed at having a good laugh… thanks

What a great service to offer Melo. I am confident that you will make a great job of developing Digital Arts Cafe into something great. You have so much enthusiasm, energy and ideas. I look forward to going on the journey with you.
By the way, are you going to have a translator on this blog? Because the instructions are only in French and that might put off visitors who only speak English.
