I finally managed to fix our live help feature at the store today. Now when it’s green showing “on-line” it means someone (me) can answer your questions, about using the store and about the products.
I can’t believe it works again (it wasn’t difficult, I was just missing a tiny piece of information). I even managed to talk to myself when I tested it, but it was not pleasant because I am in a very bad mood today.
We have used this for just a few months before it crashed (with all the rest) and it had been pretty useful. I remember when it was installed first time I was discovering the brand new world of customer service.
