Thanks, important customer info and a reminder

First of all: THANK YOU for the emails, e-cards and messages I got for my birthday, as I just arrived in a new town and don’t know many people yet, I appreciated even more to receive greetings from my web friends!!! Got one that made me cry (some days you know… you just don’t need much!!) and that cute card from A-liya

IMPORTANT: if you haven’t received your $31 Gift Certificate within 24 hours after your order (the August Dessert for any order over $31) that is because I can’t email you from the store (I have problems with some email addresses) please provide me with an alternate email address so you can checkout using your gift certificate, a gift certificate is much better for you than a discount coupon code because you have no expiration date and also you may use only a part of it and come back later to use another part.

Monday, July 7th, 2008I finally managed to fix our live help feature at the store today. Now when it’s green showing “on-line” it means someone (me) can answer your questions, about using the store and about the products.
I can’t believe it works again (it wasn’t difficult, I was just missing a tiny piece of information). I even managed to talk to myself when I tested it, but it was not pleasant because I am in a very bad mood today.
We have used this for just a few months before it crashed (with all the rest) and it had been pretty useful. I remember when it was installed first time I was discovering the brand new world of customer service.
