Actually it’s not new.

But I never mentionned it anywhere. I just forgot about it.

It’s been there for a year but I never thought about promoting it and it’s such a great tool really!! I felt so stupid when a customer asked about it yesterday… the what? what feed? can you really do this??? oooohhh yeeesss I remember lol I installed that thing myself !!!!!!

Oh well, there’s just too much to think about sometimes!!!! But from now on it will be visible and promoted because it’s really useful, I think it’s useful for the customers but also for the team and for me and anyone who’s interested in our activities:

THE NEW PRODUCTS RSS FEED!!!

YEP If you are used to subscribe to your favorite places with your Rss reader, DigitalArts-cafe has a feed for the new products released at the store: subscribe and you won’t miss anything! If your browser doesn’t show it already, you will find it at the top of this blog, click on the coffee cup!!!

And this is one of the QPs I made last week-end. Summer Fun 1 because there’s a second one to come this week Hope you enjoy the freebies. From the number of downloads and the messages at the store, I would tend to think you do. It’s great!!! I finally managed to fix our live help feature at the store today. Now when it’s green showing “on-line” it means someone (me) can answer your questions, about using the store and about the products.

I can’t believe it works again (it wasn’t difficult, I was just missing a tiny piece of information). I even managed to talk to myself when I tested it, but it was not pleasant because I am in a very bad mood today.

We have used this for just a few months before it crashed (with all the rest) and it had been pretty useful. I remember when it was installed first time I was discovering the brand new world of customer service.

a happy 4th of July yesterday I don’t celebrate it so I forgot about it so eerrr well, happy 4th of July to you :)  our national day here is on the 14th,  I don’t celebrate it either so I will pass on this one as well!
